hi i have had trouble with programming fun4s with an infinty phoenix so jabsplace sent me a new atmega163 which i could programme with infinty,
i have programmed the exteep with toxic file [bin--infinity writes these][my details and newkeys of bigmaq] and flash mem using the latest ntl flash from bigmaq
crypthex-v3-ntl??? is this right as when i go and put into 2 p4ce 4**1 stbs then it says card not inserted [could these be date issues if so how can i sort it] also when i boot them into engineers menu -no cable feed then look at card reader -- about page 5 when i insert card it says mute err, though i know i have tried a working fun2 in these and they recognised card at least is there anything im missing,,,

when in engineers menu, what do it say when you remove card,,and try the redneck6 flash

mute error is a card reader problem

ok 666, just programmed flash with redneck atmega fix and used toxic7 to generate with my detail and keys to exteep gonna conect cable feed be few minsz

hi thanx 666, soon as used redneck atmega flash, it was spot on first time m8, so ona p4ce 4001 spikebaby, mute err does not nessacarily mean card reader error!!!

with mute err, its a diffucult 1. but if you remove the card when its says mute err, and you get card removed check your card it could be that

yes, it was card 666 as in my above post , thing is i know the stbs worked with fun2's and they hadnt been touched since then so i knew or thought that the card reader was ok, which turned out to be right, it did say card removed in eng menu when i removed the card , so card must have been recognised[right], then i found 1 of red disels posts/threads about pace card reader error meanings, and it said mute err could quite possibly be just files in wrong place i think he also said this was for paces [dont quote me check it out if not already......
