Di400 stuck in tune

Hi

My pace Di400 is stuck in tune, i cannot locate the stuck in tune guide, can someone provide me with the link?
I have tried the Ch+ and selct and still get the tune also i have tried to remove the red jumper next to the battery and then left it off for 3 minutes then powered on the box without the card.

Please help.

try holding the up and down button when powering up. if u pull the red jumper then u will have to set the net id again, is it pace 4000 or 4001

Its the 4001. How do i set the net id? also how do i know what my net id is?

Try shorting battery works some times wen you turn on keep your finger on down and might skip tune and come straight on.

trying removing the red jumper and whole powering up the box hold down the services button iv read this somewhere on this fourm it sud work.

if it a ditv 4001 then u dont need to change net id it should change automatically.

Hi thanks for all the advice, however i still have the same problem. My di4001 is still stuck in tune. I had tried all the advice given but still the problem. I left it on all night hoping that it might be resolved but no.
Has anyone else come across this?

Hi

Guys its working now, i removed the red jumper then i had a connector that was connecting the cable to box i removed this connected then switched on the box by holding down the ch - button and let go of the button at the boot prompt. then the box went crazy it numbers were flashing up to 999 then various other messages. Finally it was stable at this point i put it on standby and inserted the card. Switched on and RESULT. I hope this might help some1 else.
