ambit 200 connection problem TCP CONNECTION FAILURE

HI THERE COULD ANY ONE HELP ME WITH THIS? I HAVE FLASHED THE 200 WITH ALL THE FIRMWARE BUT WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT TO ambitconfig0.971beta IT COME BACK WITH TCP CONNECTION FAILURE

im not to clever on this 1 but make sure you got a ip brfore you connect ambitconfig0.971beta

check you got a ip, its not half way through the boot like 0000

When I Try To Connect To
192.168.100.1:1337 It Dont Connect To That Aswell

re-flash your modem again with the firmware, (13.5full.stealth.bin) then use AMBIT TOOLS!! That should Work... Try and Read the Manual Closely!!!

Hi

It sounds as though there is no IP, connect using hyperterm and set IP.

Type the following:
cd /cm_hal
scan_stop

then

cd /non-vol/doc
dhcp_settings

then follow instructions for setting IP.

If you look in the haynes manual under Ambit250 it shows you.

I found that the Ambit tool sets the incorrect modem setting for PureN*l, so i configured mannually, just as easy and gives you a better knowledge of the modem software and settings.
