No sound on BBC HD on Technomate 6900

Hi,

I have a Technomate 6900 and receive BBC HD and ITV HD but both without sound. I did have sound before I updated to 6.43 firmware and have re scanned the channels - the PIDs are all OK. LUXE HD receives OK with sound - what am I doing wrong?

I used the USB to download the firmware and the system info looks all OK. All other non-HD channels are good. I tried changing the audio PID of BBC HD to 2330 and 2329 - both are silent.

Can someone suggest what I may be doing wrong / why it's not working? I can't revert back to the original 6.23 firmware as I didn't make a backup (I know ... my fault!)

I have exactky the same problem with the BBC HD on my Tech 6900. Every other channel is reading sound and video is excellent. Is the PID wrong as I have found differend PID's 2318/2319 and an old 1502/1505.
If all the other channels are OK it implies that the techy is OK and the problem is with BBC HD. I have sound on ITV

Fixed ... changed the A/V output setting to PCM and rescanned for the BBC (inputting the PIDs) and now have sound. NB I also have sound on ITV HD - whether this fixed it or I was just temporarily without sound I don't know - either way I'm happy!

Did as you suggested, changed Dolby to PCM, every channel now working, did not even have to reset
