hi im modding a v+ AE8300 got card sorted the only thing that needs doing is net id (its from birmingham and im in manchester) ive read that chip needs blanking or lifting could any one shine some light on this as i dont understand also can you get blank chips from maplin i have one near me and want to get it done today the other thing is ive read i need a filter to stop talk back as cutting it could result in problems is this right and can i get a filter localy ive been messing around with this box for 7 weeks and i need to get it sorted before i go bald

so any help will be much apreciated thankyou
