is there an idiots guide to installing harddisk in starview PVR?
Hi,
i'd regard myself as fairly computer literate but trying to format hard drive in starview PVR is baffling me, the instructions that came with it aren't helping. all it's saying is HDD not installed. i bought and put in a western Digital IDE 7200 500gig drive. i have searched in vain for a thread giving step by step instructions on getting it working, can anyone point me in the right direction thanks P |

sorry,
got it sorted, didn't realise the two cables stuck together with insulating tape inside the box contained a extra power cable! obvious really!! well it is monday morning! administrator if you want please delete this thread, but if anyone needs help installing a hard drive in their box just give me a shout!! thanks P |
