Help with The Box - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi guys,

apologies if there is already an answer to this problem but i have recently purchased this box and having problems.
i have scanned all channels on TW and have gone into the parental control and entered autoupdate to on but i still cant get any channels ....

what am i doing wrong ???
my area is west sussex and i have a package with v***n TV
