Evening folks,

I use a Eurovox V here in Dublin - software from April 08. At the weekend, I had my box plugged out for a couple of days and now all my channels are gone. I did a resetup as per when I first installed the box and it finds the 16 analogue channels but no digital channels - anybody got any ideas?

When you say gone are you getting the "please wait updating" message or...?

It just said "service not available" and now when I reset the box and try to go to the digital channels it comes up with "channel not currently available.

Analogue through the TV is working fine though and my flatmates normal NTL box downstairs.

Could be a dodgy connection. Make sure they're all secure and in the right places.

Have you plugged the co-ax cable into the RF IN socket on the EV

You can always download the CDF for your area to you box (second last post on this page CDF Files for the Eurovox)

Did you do a "Power Scan" with Symbol Rate set to 6887 and freq between 250 & 500mHz ??

Cheers for all the replies lads.

To clarify, using symbol rate 6887 it does pick up the 12 digital channels but when it goes to scan them for TV and Radio it doesn't show as having found any.

For example, when I got into installation, the 12 channels are there, I select update channels, the the screen appears with TV on the left and Radio on the right but it never finds any individual stations. I've done a full power scan several times and it returns the 12 digital frequencies and MHZ but it never finds the individual stations.

BTW N** Dublin changed a TP tonight and moved some channels to other TPs. I have left an updated CDF in the Eurovox CDF thread, it should work for you.
