Default Shifting from VoIP to web conferencing

I run a small business and I support my clients using voip. Now as the business dynamics change I need to upgrade to a more comprehensive web conferencing solution. But I dont want to make my clients download heavy softwares on their machines for this. Hence I am looking for the best option out there. I checked out RHUB's web conferencing appliance -
www rhubcom dot com

They claim there are no downloads to be made as they have something called as the universal attendance where only the presenter will have to download something. Is this true? How does the web conferencing take place then? If anyone can help me in this, then it would be great. Thank you.
