same flash file, some channels missing ..plz explain

Hi

I have a 4001 and 4010 pure area boxes, and two different funcard4s.

I have the 4010 working with 14/04 AU image for flash and ird/Bk kesy for my externaleep.

The 4010 box works just fine but the 4001 has a few channels missing from discovery . ( Guess what? This is the ones that my better half watches most).
Now my question is what can I have done wrong for missing the those channels.

I have used the same original pure image.
And I have also read the working flash image from card and wrote it on the other card, but still no joy.
It is dring me crazy.
Some one plz help

Just to add afew more points.
The channel came back for afew seconds then went blank again.
Also the picture keeps feezing and starting on other channles, be it briefly. I used to have this on funcard2 but why is it happening on funcard4?

check the dates and the ird on the card m80

check your cable feed, also make sure the F connector on the back of the box is soldered on.

if its freezing a lot id say a capacitor is on its way out.
