hello, i can't find tutorial for ambit 250, i have to lift the chip and use jtag cable because got a new fw, but don't know where jtag points are or there is some different way on 250? if somebody got tut

send me pls.

if you are lifting the chip use a willem with tsop 48 on then re-programme the chip
no need to jtag ( dont think you can tbh )

i know that i can use a willem prog. but i heard that people doing 250 with jtag so that i want to try something new

You can jtag the 200's with a black cat but you will need to remove the tsop on the 250, if you need help removing and re-programming pm me.

the 250 can be jtagged but beleive me when i say its a pain in the arse you need to cut a hole in the back of the modem to access the pinouts of the bcm directly theres pics of it floating about from when i originally traced the pinouts and posted in another forum i can be done but its easier to lift the tsop if youve got a willem to hand.
