Default Lost encrypted channels

When the engineer installed my TM5200D he patched it so I could receive numerous encrypted channels. He got the patch from Alsat. I've now lost those channels so obviously something has changed. I've had a look on Alsat but can't find any info about code changes. Am I missing something?Anyone help please

You will need to patch it again with the latest version.

If you scroll about a third of the way down the forum you will see the Technomate Section, Software sub section, TM 5000 USB series patch.
The last patch was from the 20th May and is the sticky thread at the very top.
