Question Flash version and max232 cable

Hey Guys....

Would anybody body know of a way of checking my modem if it had been updated with the new filmware eariler this year?

I know I will need a max232 cable but if the filmware has not updated I will not need the max232 cable.

Is there a way of checking the modem 250 filmware?

Also how can you tell if the filmware has been updated, what should it be?

Thanks

Get a max 232 from TMC and check to see if you have the P option.

233? no, 232 is fine. And yes you will need a 232 to flash the modem, but not to configure it. You can do that via network, i.e ethernet.
