Hi,

My friend has recently purchased a SB 5100e on my recommendation as I use one myself. I have been trying to set it up over the last day or so but I am having no luck.

I have used a valid mac etc. but the modem will not come online. It seems that it cycles through the frequencies, occasionally locks onto one then the send and receive lights come on for a few minutes (The first 4 items on the main page 192.168.100.1 states "done") but the process restarts after a few minutes. I have entered the correct frequency for my area so I have no idea what is wrong.

Any advice would be really appreciated.
