before I jtag my box perhaps someone out there might have experience
of my problem.
when I power the box up it I have to turn from standby to on using the on
button.it then turns on shows the loader (which is a blue screen with a hand
and binary numbers showing) it then turns off !!
when I try to load a new upgrade I start up the loader but I cannot get the
drop down box to work it will only work in flash dump and then when it gets
to 98 or 99 % it stops ans says back,I have tried various loaders and programmes but they all get stuck there.
if anybody can offer any help,it just could me doing something wrong but
you never know.

Hi Krysia

I recommend you post your problem on the SL65 forum at satboard.uk.to. I have read about a similar problem there, but can't recall the solution. You will need to state exactly what model of box you have, including the chip type (B1 or E1 usually). There are instructions for identifying the chip on that forum.
