on the channels question, I just use a text editor like notepad and edit bouquets.xml on my PC.

For the initiated, just telnet on to the box and use 'vi' to edit the files.

I always backup bouquets.xml, services.xml and neutrino.conf and use the same ones whenever I try a new image - saves messing around with settings every time.
