Sagem DBox2 IR Module

Hi guys,

I've got a Sagem DBox2 recently purchased at a bargain basement price due to no channels etc (keyroll problem). Anyway, the IR module in the box doesn't appear to be working. The power and channel up and down buttons work on the box but it won't respond to any dbox remote. I know the remotes are ok as they work with my nokia dbox2. Wondering if anyone knew of where I could get a replacement other than dbox2.org.uk as it'll cost me £20 for a new one. Either that or anyone know what the potential problem could be and offer advice on fixing it?

if your remote is standard nokia type with ok button in middle they wont work on sagem.

The remote is for the sagem box and works on other sagem boxes and my nokia...

well its ebay or the place you said about for replacement ir board
its common fault with them.
