Default mother pressed a button

hi there my silly mother was pressing buttons on the remote control for the nokia dbox 2 and she has managed to lose all the channels any ideas how to get them back on before she steals mine thanx

rescan for channels - dbox button, then services - service scan

first of all check to make sure it is not in radio mode, if it is then you have to put it in TV mode for the channels to come back
