Default DHCP Sniffer

I have changed my MAC to one I found in the sniffer, but I came to realise it was probably from the same UBR as me, and wasnt the Bootfile name I use. I was not gettin full 20meg speeds on Speedtest.

How do I know what UBR the MAC is in on DHCP Sniffer, does the server IP have to different? Because I've been sniffing for a loooooooong time now and not found any from a different server ip excpet 0.0.0.0

Do I need to change MAC with someone? If I do, can someone pm me the place I can, I've been searching all yesterday night for a place like that.

Thanks
