Two things (sagem related)

A mate of mine has got the pacino image on a 2x sagem dbox.

When he changes channel on certain ones ie from film4 to film4+1 he gets channel not available (even if he has been watching on film4 then turns over and gets the error) but after a while it comes back on. Also he cant get sky screen 1 and uk gold amongst others.
Is there anything on the menus that should be on/off. He has spts mode off, hardware on, pmt update on and enx watchdog on.

Also mine and his are getting the occasional freeze, nothing like it use to where i had to reset my box, but sometimes it will freeze for a second and carry on or the screen will freeze for ages but the sound is normal.

My ucode is 00A1, his is set to built in as none of the other ucodes will work on his. Cam is set to evocam(d)?

Is the freeze bit normal (my mate was told by his mate that he gets a smooth picture and no freezing) and just one of those things or is there something else on the menu etc i should be doing?

could it be your cable strength,had to put a booster on one the other week that was showing no signal on sports 1 n 3 but 2 was ok ,it sorted it out

sagems can be fussy over the image there are loads out there to try

the new laky pro image works really well with sagems, i have also found that the old comando 4 image is really stable as well, but you may have to install the rom updates to get around the april 2008 hit
