Default How to reset motor

Hi - was messing about trying to do the install last week but I think I fluffed - anyway. I want to reset the motor back to default settings and start from scratch - whats the best way to do that.

I have the tm-5400

Found the satellite move option. Just used that to move it round to 0 again..

Hi,
Some of the motors have a button on them to do it. I thought I read on another post that on the Motecks it is a small hole that you have to stick a pin into.

Was the dish set up on USALS or DISEqC 1.2?
What's your longitiude
You could switch to USALS; send motor to zero, input your lat/long settings, send motor to satellites and see what happens.

My details :

Lat:55:50:32N (55.84228) Lon:4:20:00W (-4.3332)
If I switch to Usals I cant see anything in the menu that would send dish to 0.

Also when entering position setting how can i enter the details above in - the input format looks different.

Sorry for being thick. Appreciate the help

It's goto reference. This will send your motor to zero of which you should have a signal on 5W which is your ref satellite.

The receiver should have the satellite positions already in so that USALS can send the motor to where it thinks the satellite is.

Start off at zero, enter your details and send the dish to 5W. The dish should move a small fraction and show 5W. The rest should fall into place

Hope this helps
