Missing Channels

Hi to everyone, Im another newbie and just getting used to this.

I have lost several channels over the last few weeks and am unable to find them again, until recently I had 35 tp's but am now only recieving 32, and sods law it includes a lot of the channels we watch regularly, (RUK, Boomerang, to name but two).

Is this the norm or does anyone have any suggestions on picking them up again? ( I have tried powerscans, manual searches of the existing tps and so on but no joy).

If it helps I am in Widnes, Cheshire.

Try this, How to Do a SINGLE scan for lost Channels


go to the channels that have gone, and press the info button twice.make a note of their freq.
press menu
installation fast inst.
Make sure Fav Sort is turned off, then PRESS EXIT, NOT OK!!)
find the freq. u made a note of, press ok on them, so a tick appears
then press the blue button and leave it...
Once everything is done, the channels should be back

In my experience this does happen unfortunately ....for what reason Im not sure, it may be cable companies moving them around or just local conditions in your area at the time ...I have always got them back in the end, even though it may have been a week or so,by doing an update of channels now and then...its one of the quirks of the Eurovox Im afraid ....I wish you luck ...keep trying the update thing ....not power scans,also look under anything with the heading TVCh they may just be hiding there ....
