hi i ve just moved to maidstone and my eurovox max v was working fine where i was living now 2day when i got my new virgin service i connect the eurovox and says service unknown and sometimes no signal.did powerscan nothing works. im desperate plz help.thank you

maybe you have moved to an area with a different symbolrate to where you moved from

isnt the service provider different where you live?
like b4 u wer TW now ur NTL?
if so just put the keys in for that area

best thing to do is a powerscan to check wat channels you do actually get in your new area.

perform on all the symbol rates.
