Until you can download 8.4 try adjusting the date on your PC clock and set it to yesterday, then it should work.

Thanks Mickha, I never knew that you could get around it that way. I get very annoyed when the software has been updated, because my download speed is only 3.3Kbps and it takes forever to get it.
Very best regards Wez

im not happy with the fact that they force you to update the loader I like to make my own mind up on updates depending on if the fixes apply to my system

Duolabs usually just state that the updates fix minor bugs but I think it all goes back to the problems they had with the Cas 2.
There were quite a few Cas 2 clones produced, which Duolabs didn't appreciate, so they released new software to knock out these clones and ever since seem to have regularly released updates which you are forced to use, unless you alter your computers date. There is probably a clause written into the agreement, which you have to agree to, stating that they have the right to force you to update your software and check on the legitimacy of your Cas product. Feel sorry for Cas 2 owners, they had to put there computer clocks back a few months to get 7.9c to work on their computers, which seems to be one of the more stable releases for working with the Cas 2. |

It is when everybody gets the same message to update their cas software at the same time.
