Would have thought that you could get a brand new one with warranty and without the hassle for that price.

He is having a laugh, but it won't be as my expense. I was of the opinion that you can't get a polar mount and if I am right then how can he get the buy it new today price £1300 from. Not only that but it has to be picked up in Poole, you need to wait for a week till it gets to Poole from the Ch. Islands.

He must think it is made of gold. I would not like to trust that ground stand in anything other than a gentle breeze.
