Sorry to be a pain..
hello all, have always dabbled with technology and have recently invested in a 'chipped vm modem'. i am having problems setting it up, what is the standard installation procedure for setting this up?
all help much appreciated. thanks |

The standard installation proceure for stealing broadband is:
u need the ds frequency for ur area, the tftip address, a valid mac address from a different ubr and of course a modem with vm connection but really. . . 1.find and read hayens cable modem guide 2. ask questions on the bits that are unclear :-) |

thanks for the reply, i have all the neccessary things with the modem, just not sure on the actual installation of it onto my pc. have u got a link to the haynes manual as i cannot seem to source it from this site.
