Hi there,

i'm very new to satellite as been using cable tv, but my parents would like to use satellite to watch the chinese channel.

i have a 1.1m triax dish with a inverto pro twin monoblock connect to a eurovox quantum - the eurobird 9 does not appear on the list of available satellites so i used one of the "user" slots and created tp 11823-H-27500.

could you please advise what to enter for LNB type (uni/5150/9750/10000/10050/10600/10750/11200/11300/11475), LNB power (13v/18v/off) and 22KHz (on/off)

i have been trying all day but cannot get a strong signal

It's Universal which is 9.750 / 10.600
LNb power ON H

The 5 TVBS channels you are after are actually on the high band of 10.600 LO but universal is the correct setting.
