hi there,
mine has recently started doing this also after it fell off the cabinet, what i do is, turn it off by the plug, wait a few seconds., then turn it back on repeatibly press the DOWN buttons on your box until it works alex |

hold your finger on services button and put the mains in keep your figer on the services for about 20 secs.this works 4 me

yes i powered down .........then back up wile keeping the power button pressed down & that worked 4 me as well m8 !
