Got my box up and running and delighted. One or two small problem which I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

When I go on some channels I get the audio description come on, I assume it's for someone with poor eye sight. Is there any way I can turn it off?

Secondly, and lastly, the picture distorts sometimes.

Thats all for now, but would appreciate any help

The announcements can be turned off simply by pressing the language button and changing to whatever other one is there,and will more than likely be english again, but still change it.
You may have to change this on other channels as well as and when you find it.

As far as picture distorts, please give more detail.

I've tried the language button so hopefully that sorts that problem, thanks

I think it's the pixels that keep breaking up. The sound goes at the same time as the picture it breaks up, then it corrects itself. Hope that helps.
