Nothing surprises me now with Dell, from a great company its trying dirty tricks now, i work for the council education dept where i live and Dell has lost the main contract with us..its PR services has also gone down hill big time

£60 is too much to charge for delivery anyway, they just use a high delivery charge to keep the sticker price low to make the item seem cheaper. I wouldn't buy another Dell, because if you don't take out their expensive warranty package after 3 months there is no support.
