Version 6.0 is FTA only, 6.1 isnt that is the reason you are picking up no channels, but you should still have the FTA ones. Presuming you have a live feed.

Slidey thing???? I presume thats a variable booster or attenuator or combo. No FTA channels means you have a signal issue as in you dont have any. I can give you the firmware but that wont solve that problem.

I presume you have the coax from the direct feed into the RF Cable in socket on the back of the box? Question for you do you have a working subbed box, i.e. box supplied to you by the cable company?

i have the same problem tried the 6.0 , 6.1 , and 7.05 ver. but nothing works. box was working fine until 5.30pm then just went off. provider and keys all showing f's. tried inputting t/w set up, saved it tried a rescan only 1 to 38 channels scanned (usually 90+ ) and no programs found. tried my s/v 1 no problem so i guess its the box not so super
