Default Writing a brand new funcard

Hi,
Can anyone help me please.
I am brand new to this and am currently trying to get a pace 4010 box 'sorted'.
I have a brand new funcard4, a jtag and usb infinity reader/writer.
I have so far been able to connect the jtag to the box and, using BKE2.2, i have successfully extracted the IRD and Box Key info.
I have written the flash.hex file onto the new card and am now stuck as to how i get the box key and ird info onto the card (assuming that IS what i need to be doing).
Can anyone please talk me through the final steps to writing this card please? :-D

SORTED!!1 :-). Thanks to all who helped :-D

Next problem though (lol) i have a box with a wafer card in it. When i use the phoenix usb reader it reads it as a wafer card and has only 1 box which is called 'PIC'. I have 'read' the card and extracted out the 'PIC' info. But where do i go from here in order to get this box working again?

Thanks again :-)

PIC works fine as this box has been 'sorted' for over a year and uses the *tl card. But since the keys have been rolled i need to reprogramme this card and dont know how to reprogramme it :-(
