still nothing, can we go through settings on the reciever

Service not available is not a message you get with the Diablo Cam, you get Keys Expired when the cam is updating.
After formatting the Cam you have to go into the Cams menu and alter the configuration settings.
Emulators ON
Emulators priority 1 Emu 2 Cards
N2 AU ON
Have you checked Sci Fi France, 10873 V 27500, to see if all the PIDs have scanned in correctly?

i dont know what a pid is but the channel has these v420 a430 p420

Those are the PIDs V = Video A = Audio.
Have you checked all the settings in the configuration folder located in the cams menu?

im just re installing software for the cas 3 and i did check all the settings in the configuration folder located in the cams menu but note happened will post back in 10 mins

You can alter the configuration settings using your Cas 3.
When you start up your Cas software you will see the Utilities tab, top right, click on this and the Common Interface Host icon and you can enter the cams menu.

done all of this and still have service is not available

i have also reinstalled cas software and formatted the cam

If you can get 19E try a Premiere channel like Premiere 1.
