Premiere channels use 27,500, can you manually add channels, try 11720 H 27500.

addedthe channel checked the pids and selected the channel, motor is moveing displayed then it went to no or bad signal. can get 19e but only but only tp10773/h/22000 to 10921/v/22000 if i try the other transponders i lose the signnal

This is not a problem with the diablo cam, either your receivers software is faulty, check the manufacturers web site for upgrades.
Your Dish is not aligned to the arc correctly, or not aligned to the satellites correcly or the LNB settings are incorrect.
Where are you located, aproximately, and what size dish have you got?
Can you get 1 West, to try Canal Digital?

53.6 n.e.lincs. 70 cm dish i have had a sat man round to fine tune, can get 28e fine 13 e fine thor fine all with good strength, watching tv4 on thor now, this is locked int it. (edited 10 mins later) tried canal on 1w but still service not available, i then went back to thor and selected channel tv4 and this was no longer open as 10 mins before said service not available

You might want to avoid any beta software, this usually still has bugs in it and is for testing.
What does your receiver state is your current software?
You can usually find this information in the receivers menu.

HI

Probably no help at all as I am still learning as well,I have a 1.1 dish and I live on the Lincolnshire coast and my signal for Thor has been down in strength for a couple of days recently.
