2100c samsung

hi i have a samsung 2100c which was taken off contract about 6 month ago before ive gone to mod it ive looked in eng menu at the card status and it just says please wait


any ideas ?

ps this aint been connected to a cable for 6 month also

first cut talkback then jtag to obtain the correct bk & ird then programme a funcard with that info the card should go away.

do u mean the card is no good i was hoping to get bk and ird off the card ive never jtag anything before but am willing to try

you have to unloop the mosc card to write to it normally, you would have to use a jtag but you may just be lucky and get the bk from the card i have done it before but then again mostly it is the wrong bk.

i have no prob unlooping the card what im looking for is why eng menu says please wait for card status when the few others ive done all say ok

if the suscription was cancelled and the box was connected to the cable feed then vm might send false bk to the card, u can unloop but there is less change to obtain the correct bk, jtag would be the easiest.

the guy didnt pay his bill and they stopped what channels he had but when he phoned to cancel' the box wasnt connected so any ideas what please wait means in eng menu woulil it not say something else if bk wasnt correct

Dont put the card onstream if you want to get bk off it !,you have probably got a false bk now, the card isnt operational thats why its saying please wait.

so if i unloop the card and turn it into a mosc and try it first without cutting talkback if its the right bk should it say card status ok when not connected to the stream ?
