Default EMF interference- how to cure?

So in my room I have TV, small set top booster type aerial and a PC, when the PC is running it seems to generate alot of interference, its a steel chassis/panels and a plastic front its alway given some interference. Recent months I added a hard drive which required adding a bigger power supply to keep up with all the gubbins, interference is worse!

tonite I had to literally stick another PC infront of it to reduce the interference back to how it used to be!

So the question is what can be done to cut down computer noise? Turning the PC off all together helps lol

how do people manage with acrylic cases?

Not sure if you mean electrical interference or noise?
Building a Media PC to sit under the TV I found that better quality (i.e. more expensive) PSUs tend to have larger diameter fans which can run slower and generate less noise. Similarly the CPU cooler that is supplied as standard can be noisy so you get a Zalman or Thermaltake for 30 quid to replace the one that came 'free.' And you may want to replace the graphics card for one of the few that has passive cooling. End result.....PC lives under TV and if you listen for it you can just hear the flow of air, but not obtrusive enough to detract from the 'WAF.' Sorted

I'm more on about electrical interference, you know like when someones fone goes off and the TV flickers, imagine that sort of flickering constant.

It has got worse since I installed a new power supply, fan is 120mm and the powersupply cost about £20.

My PC is about 5ft away from the TV but interfers with it, I have a total of 3 case fans an aftermarket CPU cooler and obviously now a big 120mm fan in the power supply, im wondering if its any thing to do with any of them or the hard drives or what
