Default Which satellites cover my area?

I live in Stavropol Region in southern Russia. I am a British ex-pat and speak no Russian.
I currently receive BBC Prime on a 1.2 metre dish. Reception is very good except in inclement weather but I suppose everyone suffers from this.
BBC Prime is not what it used to be, they just repeats after repeats after repeats, it really has gone down hill.
What other satellites cover my area?
Does anyone know a web site that gives satellite-coverage areas and what size dish you need to pick up their transmissions?
Many thanks,
Jeff Gordon.

and www.flysat.com of course.

It has a useful button to find FTV (It means FTA) channels from a particular country.
