i have tried to download the chatterbox toolbar and cant seem to be getting anywhere if anybody can send me the codes for telewest it would be appreciated

and try downloading from there

uninstalled and reinstalled chatterbox and can now get the keys. thanks for advice.

I've downloaded the chatterbox from chatterbox.cc, the bigmaq and the dejavue toolbars but all of them give me the same code for 5401 area, and this code does not work! I haven't upgraded the firmware as manually inputting the keys was working fine until now.

Have a look through this thread bearing in mind its chatterbox and not bigmaq now. trouble trying to download bigmaq toolbar

bigMAQ is no more - so no keys there

don't use the dejavue bar but know its the same as the TCB.cc toolbar

TCB.cc keys are correct and uptodate.

The only problem where the keys do not work is simply typos. Re-input the keys (perhaps do it the long way so you can double check they are correct)

The long way

Go to Menu / Languages and key 19681968 on your remote. Now arrow <> across til you see your cable provider. Highlight the first line of the key and press OK. Arrow down and change the values in the Key Data line. Repeat the steps for the second line of the key
