Hello

im having a job finding an answer to this anywhere, im trying to set the pot on a tiny unlooper for a rom10 a86 card,
when i run VCC analyser and fiddle about, i get a reading of ......
VCC Ceiling: 1A
VCC Floor...: 14

at the top of the screen in winexplorer it says ' For ROM 10 select 74HCT4053 and adjust Vcc to around 1A as a starting point ', the ceiling is the starting point, right ? or should it be the floor that reads 1A ?

anyone give me a quick answer to this please before my head explodes, lol.
