Unhappy TFTP server transfer

hi when trying to upgrade the firmware using the web page for the epc2100, i start the tftp server and the file i need is in the directory then i go to the webpage and click the button to start THEN all that happens is the TFTP software keeps saying that the remote host has forcibly closed the connection. It does start to transfer but stops straight away after showing transfer progress box. This is din my head in if any1 has any answers please let me know. hugely appreciated.

This whole black cat thing is a load of psh. it doesnt work the schematics that are around do not work. I used to get bc to work ages ago without the need for resistors it was just a plain cable soldered to the pins on the connector. Now nothing works has this software or modems been disabled from usin this way? also cant get rs232 to work on any even ones tht worked before. I think if u want more speed why not just pay for it rather than follow silly guides tht lead to nothing.
