Eurovox max v 2008 clone

I have read some info through the bigmac tool bar and it seems that i may have brough a cloned eurovox maxv cloned box.
Is there a cure for this box or should i use it for a door stop?

when you say cure what you actually asking? Have you damaged it in some way?

I have flashed box with 18-4-08 software.....no signal and no channels also same with 28-4-08 software the same.
Box stays with 0000 on front display and will not find any transponders and will not power scand.
I have re flashed many times with same result.
Any ideas?

Which firmware is now on your box?

Have you tried doing a Clear Data, Factory Default and re-scan?
