Please help
You will be lucky to get NetID to change from the area it's on now to a new one without lifting chip. Some people have aid they have done it with success but I beg to differ as i've ALWAYS had to lift chip. You will need either a blank chip to do the atmega trick but on my last one I used the dump I got from my Willem and changed it using the TV Drive Tool(in D/Loads), reprogramed the chip and resoldered it back in. You have to be very careful removing it though as the pads are really delicate-I used a Solderpro on low gas with plenty of flux-ease up one side with a scalpel blade giving a little force(and I mean little)-let the heat do it's work and it will come off. Remember which way round it went as well-made that mistake before and put it back the wrong way and had to remove againGood luck mate
