Engineers Menu

I have a pace box the di400 or something and I can't access the engineers menu, here's what I am doing:

1. Plugging scart in box
2. Supplying power to the box (Holding up and down at the same time)
3. TV automatically switches to AV1
4. N*L screen appears and says sorry for the unconvenince.

Anyone know what I may be doing wrong? Or is this not how you enter the menu at all.

your doing nothing wrong it should be letting you in but they some times dont.theres a way of fixing it and thats to lift red jumper it sounds like it stuck on tune so lifting red jumper might do this it has worked for me before.choice is yours?

hmm, ill do it if I am desperate to get into it...
Im just 14... so i'm not really autorised to go opening boxes wheneva I want :P
theyre usually in use.
