hi guys.ive put a new tuner in my dbox2 which i got frm poland.the problem i have is that i cant select a uk cable provider because the tuner seems to be saying astra sattelite.is there any way i can download new service provider software because my dbox was fine b4 i installed a new tuner in it.plz plz help me cos i aint got a clue.thank you thank you & thank you sum more if u can help me

You need to insert the Cables XML into the image
If you do that and it still searches for satt you either got A Duff tuner Or a sat Tuner ......Paul |

hi m8>how do i install cables xml.my tuner is definately 4 cable cos the sat box one has diffrerent connections on the box and cos its exactly the same as my last tuner.plz help me.thanks

my box is about 3 yrs old.the image is sportster powered by neutrino.the box was wrkin fine till i blew the transistor in the tuner & had 2 get a new tuner.now i dnt have cable 6952 option

Usually when they only display satellite parameters the tuner is faulty - worth checking you have got good solder joints

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem, i have a DiSEqC setting (which i never used to get) and lists astra satellite. I've already put my old Cables, services and bouquets in it!!! Any help??? |

Hi think i may have sorted it,
went to edit the files(cables,services and bouquets) using the blue button and in built file manager, noticed they were ok and saved anyway. did a reboot and all my old service providers came back in!! give it a try |

hi m8.can u tell me in detail how u did what ur saying u did.blue button is sportser(i know that much)but where is the rest of the stuff.my box is in eng so if u tell me i should be able 2 find it
