Lightbulb V+ net id - boot card atmega bt flash fun

I been trying for day to get my sa8300 to update netid.

before once i put the atmega and funcard in the box did not reboot.

Now if I use a fun flash in the atmega card the box reboot abt 10sec after i put the card in.

But it dose not go into update.

Is there anything iam doing wrong.

Strange how a fun flash file would cause the atmega card to reboot but not a atmega flash.

please advice any thoughts.

Thanks

Try the flash files from chatterbox toolbar, you have to use the correct flash file for the card, the atmega and fun flash files are both different..

I have tired all the flash from the toolbar which relate to my area and had no luck the box dose not reboot at all is only reboot with the flash from net id 1.7 and thats with a fun flash on a atmega card.

I have even tired putting fun flash on atmega card and vise versa but had no luck.

I assume you have replaced the chip on bottom of board or written fffffs to it as I think you have to do that for a v+ box to redo netid unless u r in pure. Also V+ netid is only with ATmenga as fun dont work. Sure BK and IRD are good

ummm....

Chip has not been replaced.

When i put the atmega flash from netid to a atmega card the box dose not reboot, it only reboots when i use the fun flash from netid and put it into a atmega card.

Bk are good bk starts with 29 EF....
and ird i got from nagra serial and converted it with conversation tool the ird start with 3E...

I have not tired the chip as I wanted to try every possible way before removing the chip as this is now beginning to pick my pockets.
