Default Virgin Box has lost all channels

Hi All,

Im new here,

I have a samsung box, Today when i came in from work all the channels had gone. I mean by that th sports, E4, Movies ( i had to press fav and delete them but still had them) now i have the basic. It wont let me pick the channels now. It says that i do not subscribe to them. My box decodes itsself but not anymore. Anyone have the same problem? Please Help

what card does the box come with, u will have to programme the card, check if there is any number/letter underneath of anywhere on the box.

alright mate try taking power off get into eng menu go to warm reset and try updating or it could be that the keys have changed have you seen the new ones on big ma it could be that . im not saying the teas weak but it could hardly crawl out of the pot.

Hi,

Its a samsung SMT 2100c. The card is NTL nagra vision. the card number is I dont know how to get to the eng menu to alter things.

it will be the rites date m8 you need to open in nagra 4.1 and change the rites date this will give you back all your channels

You need a programmer with phoenix mode like infinity or dynamite, look in private fta section for some downloads post for access to tuts and files, cable dummies guide is a good start.

I have the same problem also it wont accept the PIN, I dont realy understand the above advice.
