Default ccCam

Hi, I am a Dreambox newbie sorry about that. I have installed Gemini 4.31 but am now looking for ccCam. Where can I download it? Is that an appropiate question to post here? When I press the blue button nothing happens, I thought Gemini could download ccCam. My DM500S is connected to the internet.

Thanks, my blue button didnt work until I reset to factory default. I installed ccCam now. What do I need to do to watch Sly? I have a subscribed card. When I search it only finds some 77 channels and I can't seem to watch the encrypted channels. I have a Sly dish and LNB.

A valid subscription card

Or access to a card share. (DO NOT ask for access c/s - you will get banned for it! You need to find one off the forum)

There are no other ways to watch Sky Uk via satellite.

I have a valid subscription card but when I do an automatic scan it only picks up 77 channels. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes - there should be the best part of 1000 tv & radio channels on 28E

The other possibility is your dish is aimed at the wrong satellite - what are you actually picking up? - use the onscreen logos not the channel names...

I'm not at home right now but I think it's aimed at Astra 19.2E as that's what it uses for my normal Sky Digibox. I've got all the regional BBC's and ITV's and Sky Sports 2 and FX+. When I connect the LNB cable back to my normal Sky digibox I can pick up some 500+ channels.

It looks like maybe your looking at the wrong satellite on your dreambox so the frequencies may be out. You need to be looking at astra at 28.2e not 19.2.

Do I need to adjust my dish or can I configure something in my Dreambox to change that?

Assuming that your dish is actually pointing at 28.2 and you can watch sly channels through you skybox using the lnb output on the dreambox. Then I would suggest you press menu, set up, satellite install and tp edit.then auto sat search then choose 28.2 astra 2abcd ect. from the list then do a scan. This should bring all the channels in. After scan select that sat to watch astra 2 at 28.2 choose ccamd 2.09 and start the emu with your sly card in the slot. It should read the card automatically on dreambox's. There are issues on tm9100 with ccamd in reading the card.
