hi mate,well its a matter or preference..i personally woudlnt care as they are both possible to do if you have the righ files however having said that i recently modded a 5100 and it waas **** easy if you follow haynes guide.

there both as easy as the other but most ppl would go for the 5100 because u can't brick them and when it comes to putting the settings in it can be done through the browser.tho the 250 configurator will set the 5101.
