How do you cut the talkback on Pace 4000 N model?

Could someone post a picture of how to do it or is there a guide that I can download. Do I need to take the circuit board out or do I need to unscrew some stuff to get to the desired space on the circuit board. And finally how do I check to see if the talkback has been disabled. Thanx in advance.

I have cut the talkback on Di4000 N.

Setting > Technical Stuff > DHCP Status --- Return path is off

Also when i press "on demand" button it says : this service isnt available.

So it the cutbalk cut properly.

I am concerned about one thing on "Technical Stuff" page 2

CA IPPV Status : Successful

Is that OKAY because on the other same box its "UNKOWN".
