I've got a DELL Latitude D600 laptop, I am trying to connect wirelessly. There is a red cross next to the wireless computer icon in the taskbar, I have checked in the 'Device Manager' the wireless card is enabled. When i right click and select 'search available networks' nothing is found. The wireless buttons is switched on and the icon lights up but that cross just stays there. I cna connect other laptops to the wireless router but this laptop is not letting me do this.
Any suggestions?? can you help me please???? |

also try turning access control off
Have you tried connecting directly to the router with cable and setting up an internet connection then retry wireless connection Last edited by smoggy; 13-06-08 at 01:42 PM. Reason: further info added |
